Oh bummer, the mystery lot on 13th (and 14th) between 2nd and 3rd is no more. It’s been a vacant lot full of garbage and possibly dead bodies since long before I moved to 13th street. I’ll always think back fondly on the wafting smell of jelly donuts emanating from the Dunkin Donuts on 14th that I assume will be obstructed by the incoming development.
